处理PayPal退款及中差评攻略
一、写Item的Description的Payment and Shiping Policy时建议有以下几句:
1、We ship to PayPal’s address ONLY. Please make sure your address in PayPal is matched with your shipping address before you pay. We have reasons to refund to the non-authenticated accounts.
2、We ship the package within 48 hours after the payment cleared.,The shipment usually takes 7-25 business days.(此处写的要比实 际时间多出几天,因为小包2月未到也常见不鲜)。
3、Goods are declared by the gift form, if there exits any tariff, buyer will pay for it
4、We will leave POSITIVE FEEDBACK after you received item,Please contact us if you don’t dissatisfied.
二、收款后风险资金的判断
1、先看顾客评价及国家,如认为风险较高可参考下面理由给他退款 ,并哄他给好评。
2、看PP付款人是否认证,付款人姓名和收货人是否一致。
(1)PP未认证,风险程度:低。美、加认证率较高。西欧60%以上买家未认证付款,甚至有新买家PP是未注册的。个人认为只是交易金额不大,此类买家是可以发货的。PP默认此类帐户是可以退款的,但最好在描述时说明
(2)付款人姓名和发货人不一致,风险程度:高。此类一般有两种情况:
①收货人或付款人是本人的家人。
②是盗用银行帐户。需要写信向买家确认,要他用PP注册邮箱回信,除非他把邮箱也盜了,否则他不可能通过邮箱回信。

三、发货后
现在发货后PP不让填跟踪码了,等有纠纷时才让提供,所以现在只在eBay把物品标注为已发送再向买家发封信告诉他货发了大约需要多少天,有事及时联系,有个快乐的一天,防止他不吭声给个差评。

四、遭遇争议,分两类情况
1、物品未收到,相信大部分中国卖家遇到的都是此类,原因不再多说。一般是买家发起争议,我们根据PP提示,先稳住他,不让他升级成投诉,据说投诉多了 PP不高兴,会给你脸色看。分可在线踪码的和不可在线跟踪的,一般可在线跟踪的他查到就不着急了,主要说没跟踪码的:没有跟踪码的事先不告诉他没有挂号, 也仿效不能在线跟踪的,告诉他已经去邮局查了,让他等反馈下来,多一天他就有可能早天收到。如果对投诉没胜算,不如提前退款告诉他希望他收到后能重新付 款。

五、遭遇中差评
一般思路是先沟通,沟通不成退款,退款不成给差评后沟通。

什么是已确认的地址?
